Joint Healer Sealer is an epoxy grout used for filling of Joints of Tiles,marbles,stones etc.
The Pack of Joint Healer Sealer consists of three components
a. Part A - Base ( Liquid Form)

b. Part B - Hardener ( Liquid Form)

c. Part C - Filler ( Powder Form)

MIXING PROPORTION

For making the paste of 1 kg material following proportion will be require

Part A - Base -200 gm
part b - hardener - 100 gm
part c - filler - 700 gm

DIRECTION OF USE

Step 1- When painto joint grout can be used

Use Painto Joint Grout at least 24 hours after laying of Tiles.

STEP 2- SURFACE PREPARATION

Clean joints before applying Painto joint grout

STEP 3- MIX IN TO PROPER RATIO

Mix Part A with Part B thoroughly and add Part C(filler) gradually to obtain desire grout consistency without adding water or thinner

Part A (200gm) + Part B (100gm) + Part C ( 700gm)

STEP 4 - METHOD OF APPLICATION

Fill the joints with Nylon rubber float

STEP 5 - CLEAN THE SURFACE

After 20 minutes of applying Painto Joint Healer Sealer,Clean the surface with wet nylon Towel or sponge.

This product is used for joint filling of Tiles, stones, marbles, etc, Due to its epoxy nature and waterproofing properties it is an ideal choice for all types of Joint filling.
