RAIN HEALER SEALER, is pure elastomeric high build solar heat reflecting eco- friendly membrane for VERTICAL and EXTERIOR WALLS. The cooling effect is designed with high quality titanium dioxide pigment which reflects more than 80% of solar radiation and specialty micronized ceramic additives which reduces heat transmission inside the room.
The cured EXTERNAL WALLS membrane has outstanding elasticity and very high tensile strength to accommodate WALL movement. A very high shore hardness coupled with excellent adhesion to concrete and metal surfaces makes RAIN HEALER SEALER ideal choice for all types of EXTERIOR substrates.

Preparation: All the surfaces which are to receive RAIN HEALER SEALER, must be free from oil, grease, wax, dirt or any other form of foreign matter which might affect adhesion. Spalled and deeply disintegrated concrete should be removed to sound concrete and repaired with Healer Sealer Quick-roc System if needed.
Application: All cracks (which greater than 2mm) must be thoroughly repaired with CRACK HEALER SEALER. Then prime the surface with RAIN HEALER SEALER diluted with 30-50% water. RAIN HEALER SEALER shall be applied in two coats at right angles to each other by brush, roller or spray. The second coat of RAIN HEALER SEALER shall applied as soon as the first coat has reached touch dry state (4-6 hours) as it is without any dilution.

RAIN HEALER SEALER finds application on a variety of EXTERIOR substrates including CONCRETE WALLS, BRICK WALLS, ON PLASTER, PARAPET & EXPOSED SURFACES etc.
RAIN HEALER SEALER is used for heat insulation paint and waterproofing for EXPOSED VERTICAL AAPLICATION, both for new as well as old buildings.

(A.) Coverage of rain healer sealer as a self-primer is approx. 120-130 sqft/liter in single coat with 30% dilution and approx.65-75 sqft/lit in 2 coats undiluted.

(Q.) Can rain healer be applied on damp walls?
(A.) No, first treatment for damp wall required from our Damp Healer Sealer material, then after treatment Rain Healer Sealer can be applied.

(Q.) What is the proportion of mixing in each coat?
(A.) Rain healer sealer application required minimum 3 coats- 1st coat as primer and 2nd & 3rd coat as paint- in 1st coat 30% dilution can be done in 20 lit bucket, 2nd & 3rd coat requires direct application without dilution.
