PAINTOFLEXI - HEALER SEALER is a single component Waterproof & Heatproof coating based on special acryclic co-polymers which cures SUBSTRUCTURE to form a flexible, elastomeric seamless monolithic membrane. It is applied to provide a complete waterproof solution and has extensive application in the NEW STRUCTURE specially structure below the ground (PCC, RAFT, RETAINING WALL (+/-), PODIUM, WATER TANK & SUNKEN SLAB.
THE CURED MEMBRANE has outstanding elasticity and very high tensile strength to accommodate substructure movement. A very high shore hardness coupled with excellent adhesion to concrete surfaces makes PAINTOFLEXI an ideal choice for all types of below the ground substrates.

Preparation: All the surfaces which are to receive PAINTOFLEXI HEALER SEALER, must be free from oil, grease, wax, dirt or any other form of foreign matter which might affect adhesion. Spalled and deeply disintegrated concrete should be removed to sound concrete and repaired with HEALER SEALER QUICK ROCK System if needed.
Application: All cracks (which greater than 3mm) must be thoroughly repaired with CRACK HEALER SEALER. Then prime the surface with CRYSTALLINE HEALER SEALER 007 by Spray or coating. PAINTOFLEXI shall be applied in two coats at right angles to each other by brush, roller or spray. The second coat of PAINTOFLEXI shall applied as soon as the first coat has reached touch dry state (4-6 hours) as it is without any dilution.

PAINTOFLEXI HEALER SEALER finds application on a variety of below the ground substrates including PCC, RAFT, RCC WALLS, LIFT PIT, WATER TANK, PODIUM OR ANY SUNKEN SLABS.
PAINTOFLEXI can be used in exposed application and for inverted concrete surfaces, both for new as well as old buildings.
PAINTOFLEXI HEALER SEALER can be on surfaces prone to heat and fire to reduce fire risks
PAINTOFLEXI will increase the life of concrete structures up-to 10-15 years and provide best quality to cost ratio in the industry.
PAINTOFLEXI will prevent reinforcing steel from chemical attacks Resistant to FREEZE THAW CYCLE

(Q.) What is the Appearance?
(A.) It is a grey, elastomeric liquid base single component.

(Q.) Where it can be used?
(A.) It can be used for sub structure especially basements, raft, retaining walls + side, ugwt + side, footings, tie beams. It is also used for bathrooms or sunken portions.

(Q.) What is the coverage?
(A.) 30-35 sqft/lit in 2 coats

(Q.) How many coats are required for process to complete?
(A.) Two coats of paintoflexi application are required.

(Q.) Can we do the direct application of paintoflexi on surface?
(A.) For vertical surfaces 1st coat must be done with hdpe mesh and 2nd coat direct without dilution for horizontal surfaces direct application of two coats can be done without mesh.

(Q.) What is the packing sizes available?
(A.) 1kg , 20 kg & 50kg packing are available.

(Q.) What color is available and can we get the choice of our color?
(A.) Currently the packing came in grey color, but on request or bulk order color of choice is available.

(Q.) What is application gap period between two coats?
(A.) Touch to dry time in nominal weather condition or as per method statement of application.
