Primer for Lubrication of Concrete Pump and Pipeline

PP pump primer is a ready to use dry powder slurry pouched designed for various applications, such as concrete pump priming and pipeline lubrication. This water soluble pouch can be effortlessly dissolved either in a bucket or directly in the pump hopper. It acts as a cost effective substitute for expensive pre-mixed priming grout,effectively enhancing the pumpability range of concrete pump pipelines. This innovation leads to a reduction in pump horsepower requirements and proves effective for Boom Pressure, accommodating delivery pipes ranging from 50mm to 150mm in diameter.By significantly curbing diesel expenses and lowering the likelihood of blockages.

One pack of PP Pump Primer(200gm) can be mixed with 75 liters of water in drum or in a hopper up to glossy mix achieved; this mixture has to be used as slurry before concreting.
