ROOF HEALER SEALER is a single component Waterproof, Fireproof and Heat retardant coating based on special acryclic co-polymers which cures ROOF to form a flexible, elastomeric seamless monolithic membrane. It is applied to provide a waterproof and weatherproof membrane and has extensive application in the renovation and maintenance of old roofs.
THE CURED MEMBRANE has outstanding elasticity and very high tensile strength to accommodate roof movement. A very high shore hardness coupled with excellent adhesion to concrete and metal surfaces makes Roof Healer Sealer an ideal choice for all types of HORIZONTAL EXPOSED substrates.

Preparation: All the surfaces which are to receive ROOF HEALER SEALER, must be free from oil, grease, wax, dirt or any other form of foreign matter which might affect adhesion. Spalled and deeply disintegrated concrete should be removed to sound concrete and repaired with Healer Sealer Quick-roc System if needed.
Application: All cracks (which greater than 3mm) must be thoroughly repaired with CRACK HEALER SEALER. Then prime the surface with ROOF HEALER SEALER diluted with 30-50% water. ROOF HEALER SEALER shall be applied in two coats at right angles to each other by brush, roller or spray. The second coat of ROOF HEALER SEALER shall applied as soon as the first coat has reached touch dry state (4-6 hours) as it is without any dilution.

ROOF HEALER SEALER finds application on a variety of roof substrates including CONCRETE, ASBESTOS, WOOD, PROFILED SHEET, BRICK KOBA, METAL ROOF etc.
ROOF HEALER SEALER can be used in exposed application and for inverted roofs, both for new as well as old buildings.
ROOF HEALER SEALER can be on surfaces prone to heat and fire to reduce fire risks
